We Know Engineers |
|
Our claim to fame is that we KNOW engineers, and we really do. I grew up with one. My dad, Theodore I. Armstrong, is an industrial engineer (retired), Georgia Tech class of 1957. He spent his whole career with Union Carbide, thus I spent my formative years around the engineers of Union Carbide. I know what it’s like to live with a problem-solver—even when I don’t recognize I have a problem that needs to be solved. I know what it’s like to live with someone who is determined to find the right answer, long after others have given up. I remember slide rules and pocket protectors. When your areas of expertise are communication and leadership, the whole world is your market. Armstrong Scott chose to work with engineers because we wanted to work with people who knew they didn’t communicate well. Just ask my dad. We wanted to work with problem solvers who are willing to grow to get things right—and, in our book, that’s engineers. Some of them even have a sense of humor. (Be sure to check out our Jokes.) We appreciate you taking the time to stop by and check us out. Come back often. Sincerely, Pam Scott Owner & CEO, Armstrong Scott Inc.
